We take pride in the quality of our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your Zojirushi purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account or visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unused product in its original box with all manuals and accessories included to ensure a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
